"I come back every time I visit the Philippines. It's still (mostly) very consistent. The only miss was that the bulalo was a little salty during our visit. Otherwise, great all around. One non food related issue is that their parking space is very small, and there's a need to double park at the front of the restaurant."

"Had lunch here recently as a large group. Really enjoyed the food. Most were winners including the bulalo and kare-kare. I actually prefer this place to the "Big House" if culinary gusto is your only goal. Prices are very reasonable and the group meal we got that's for 12-14 was actually good for 18-20. On the downside, parking may be a problem though and the view of the lake and the volcano is skewed. I personally can live with that and prefer the more intimate setting. Finally, the attached Tsokolateria serves really good native chocolate drink so you don't have to go elsewhere for an after-meal drink."

"The place looks nice, the view outside looks very nice if it werent dinner time, but even so the outdoor ambiance was very dazzling. The food was great, the pork humba melts in the mouth, the bistek salmon belly was really nice as well. The aligue rice was excellent, the portion was supposed to be good for 2, but we think that it can be eaten by at least 3-4 persons. The caesar salad was served with fresh and crisp lettuce with an extra dressing on the side, as well as grilled chicken, and poached egg which was new to me and my partner. We haven’t tried the other food and drinks yet so we will definitely come back soon. They have parking space in front and an alloted above ground parking lot space beside them. The only thing that needs polishing maybe their waiters service, i think they did their job well in serving, but the attitude and the way they speak towards the guests needs improvement. :)"

"The avocado shake was watered down and tasted like plain sugar. The food was serviced fast. The place is compact but we were seated really fast."

"Super worth the wait. You can have your name on the waitlist and order food in advance so when it’s your turn to be seated the food is ready. The only thing I noticed is the rice comes last when the dishes have already been served so on that part it’s not organized and we had to ask multiple times. Really loved their bulalo and sisig. Crispy tawilis is a must. Everything can be shared. If you have a big group it’s really worth it and money well spent."

"Had a lovely brunch date here yesterday. We ordered Bulalo (single serving), Sisig, and hot chocolate (sweet, bitter sweet). The Bulalo serving was very generous for a “single” order and was honestly good for 2–3 people. The Sisig portion was also generous, though it was a bit too spicy for my taste I do wish there was an option for a milder version. The hot chocolate was more about the experience than the flavor, and I really enjoyed it . Being able to mix it ourselves in a steel pitcher before drinking made it fun and memorable. What made the experience even better were the servers! They were very accommodating and always smiling, which truly added warmth and positivity to our visit ."

"Me and my family has always been dining at Pamana and Tsokolateria for 13 years now. Every time we visit Tagaytay, we never fail to have our brunch at Pamana :) Dining at Pamana Tagaytay is like a family tradition for us with its superb food range and amazing view to complement the place. Special commendation to my favorite Kuya Allan Mordido for always accommodating us with a cheerful smile and energy. He always makes us feel right at home with his excellent service."
